This lemon garlic shrimp is the perfect meal for an easy mid week dinner. It only takes 1 pan. We love whipping this up in our cast iron pan. The takes literally 15 minutes from start to finish before you’re eating. If you don’t have the wine required for the recipe, this is the perfect reason to head to the store and get yourself some! If you can’t make it to the store for the wine, you can always just use water instead.
