California Club Sandwich

This sandwich is not only delicious in California, but anywhere in the world. Most of these ingredients are readily available all over the place. You probably already have them in your fridge. Let’s just jump into it.



Difficulty: Easy
Feeds: 1 person
Time: Lunch/Dinner


  • 4 slices of turkey, preferably baked
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 4 slices of cooked crisp bacon
  • 1/2 sliced fresh avacado
  • alfalfa sprouts (optional)
  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • mayonnaise


Toast bread then spread a healthy portion of mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Put tomato slices and bacon one of the pieces of bread. Next add the avacado slices and alfalfa sprouts. Top off you sandwich with the second slice of bread. Enjoy!
