Happy Friday everyone! To get you in the weekend mood, this Friday’s post is packed with 2 different Paleo smoothie recipes. Check ’em out below!

Smoothies are a great thing to consume during your Paleo diet. Not only will they increase your energy, but they improve your digestion system and are packed with vitamins, minerals and other micro nutrients that our body needs. Below you can find two smoothie recipes that you can try.

Paleo Smoothies

Blueberry Lemon Smoothie

Breakdown:

Difficulty: Easy
Feeds: 1-2 people
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Lemon (Juice and Zest)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smoothie texture occurs. Serve right away.

Strawberry Beet Smoothie

Breakdown:

Difficulty: Easy
Feeds: 1-2 people
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Beet (Peeled and Grated)
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smoothie texture occurs. Serve right away.
