This next Whole 30 Greek burger recipe uses some great ingredients and most importantly is very delicious. It is a little demanding to prepare since it has quite a few ingredients, but the finished burger is so worth it!

- 2 Lbs ground lamb
- ½ Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
- ½ Cup of Red Onion (Diced)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- ½ Cup of Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Toasted Pine Nuts
- Avocado Oil
- 1 Tsp Dry Mint
- 1 Tsp Dry Oregano
- Kosher Salt and Pepper
- Iceberg Lettuce (We will use instead of the bread)
- Sliced Tomato
- Red Onion (Diced)
- Whole 30 Compliant Pickles
- Whole 30 Compliant Mayo
- Kalamata Olives (Pitted)
First start your grill or stove top pan and set to medium-high. Add all the ingredients besides salt, pepper, the lettuce and the avocado oil in a large bowl and start mixing them. You can use your hands if that’s easier for you.
When the ingredients are mixed, divide them in 8 parts and form the burger patties. Spread some avocado oil, salt and pepper on both sides of them. Since the grill/grill pan should already be preheated, you can put the patties in and grill them for 5-6 minutes on each side (depending on how you like them, you can leave them for more or less).
Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges and prepare the topping with the ingredients mentioned above. Then everything is ready for you to wrap your delicious burgers!
This recipe can be great when you have some people over.
NOTE: In the recipe we use lamb meat, but you can switch to beef, chicken, turkey or any other meat you want.
