This next soup is full of healthy vegetables that have a lot of vitamins, minerals and other
nutrients we all need. That being said it’s the perfect recipe to use whenever you may have the flu or simply want to detox. Check it out below.

2 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 Cup Noodles
- 2 Cups Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Bell Peppers (1 Red 1 Green, Chopped)
- 1 and a half Cups Celery (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Carrots (Diced or Julienned)
- 6 Ounces Spinach
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 5 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ¼ Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- ¼ Tsp Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Get a big pot or saucepan and heat the oil on medium heat. Add the garlic, onions, the bell peppers, celery and the carrots. Cook until onions become translucent and the vegetables are cooked with the hot oil. Add the chicken stock, some salt and pepper and then add the soy sauce and hot pepper sauce.
Bring the pot to simmer and leave it to cook on low heat for about 40 minutes, until the
vegetables are softened. Add the spinach and cover the soup. The spinach will cook quickly so after that stir the ingredients and add the noodles. Cook for around five minutes, till the noodles are done. Add the shredded chicken into the pot and let boil until the chicken is completely heated and it’s ready to serve. NOTE: If the soup is too thick from all the ingredients, you can add more chicken stock.
